How does the site visit work?

We visit at a time that suits you, measure the kitchen precisely, and check the electrics, plumbing and access. Then we sit down with you to understand your needs and budget before we design.

When will I know the cost?

After the design and revisions you receive a detailed quote — every item and fitting priced. Nothing goes into production until you approve.

Which finish suits my kitchen?

It depends on how you use your kitchen and what you love: HPL is a hard-wearing surface that takes scratches, heat and humidity; POLYLAC gives a mirror gloss that wipes clean easily; and there are UVYLAC, LG and POLYBACK too. In the session before design, and at the showroom, you see the samples in your hand and we choose together.

Can you supply the worktop marble too?

Yes — we supply marble at a great price and fit it with your kitchen, so you deal with one team from start to finish.

Who builds and installs it?

It's built in our own factory and installed by our own team — no middlemen. One team answers for your kitchen from the first cut to the last hinge.

What does the warranty cover?

A written warranty certificate for your kitchen, serial-numbered and in your name, handed over at delivery. If you need maintenance later, request it through the Client Portal.
