What exactly is UPVC?

UPVC is rigid, unplasticised PVC, used to make the frame of a window or door. It insulates against heat and noise, stands up to humidity and weather, never rusts and never needs painting.

Which opening system should I choose?

It depends on the opening and the space in front of it: sliding takes no room when open, casement opens the whole sash, tilt-and-turn gives you air from the top or a full opening, and fixed is for light and view. At the site visit we'll suggest the right one for each opening.

Single or double glazing?

Double glazing is two panes with a gap between them, and it insulates better against heat and noise. Single glazing is one pane — the simpler choice. We'll explain the difference and choose with you by room and budget.

When will I know the cost?

After the site visit and the design you receive a detailed quote — every window and door priced — before any work begins.

Are there colours other than white?

There are colours and finishes, subject to availability — such as white, wood effect and anthracite grey. We'll show you what's on offer at the site visit and choose with you.

What is the warranty?

At handover you receive a written warranty certificate in your name with a serial number — a document you can return to and verify any time.
